Falmouth University’s Employability team were struggling with engaging new students and asked us for a fresh new identity. Over the span of a month, we worked closely with the team to deliver a versatile visual identity that we felt represented and empowered the students at both Falmouth and Exeter universities. Through a design system that incorporated a bright colour palette, a set of shapes, playful type and approachable illustrations, we helped Employability to achieve their goal of standing out after years of blending in.

We delivered a range of assets that could be used flexibly across different touchpoints, allowing Employability to reach students more successfully on social media and at career fairs than ever before. This new identity has now been rolled out across both university campuses, and while it's quite cool to see our work displayed around campus, it has also been highly successful in boosting engagement with Employability’s services.
