Falmouth University’s Employability team were struggling with engaging new students and asked us for a fresh new identity with a “buzz”.
Over the span of a month, we worked closely with the team to deliver a versatile visual identity that we felt represented and empowered the students at Falmouth and Exeter university. 

Through a design system that incorporated a bright colour palette, A set of shapes, playful type and approachable illustrations, we helped Employability to stand out after years of blending in.
We delivered a range of assets that could be used flexibly within different touch points that allowed Employability to reach students in new ways. This new identity has now been rolled out throughout both campuses and been very successful in boosting engagement.
